Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options. No matter where you live, we strive to provide you with high-level services. Our fulfillment centers are located around the world. For international orders, please allow up to 7-20 business days to be shipped out.

Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking number and tracking website.
Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@svgoodies.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If the customer has ordered the wrong size or the wrong product, we can also return it. In this case, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs in both directions (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. The customer can also ask for a refund; in this case, the amount will be based on the customer's invoice amount (minus shipping charges and restocking fee of $8.99). Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Currently, refunds take up to 5-10 business days to process.

Q: How do i check the status of my order?
A: Upon placing your order, please allow 24-72 hours to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification through email. Then you can then track your order by going to TRACK ORDER page.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Please allow up to 24-72 hours for your order to process, and an additional 3 days to be shipped out. Our fulfillment centers are located around the world. For International orders, please allow up to 10-20 days.

A: Yes! We ship worldwide to ensure that every customer will enjoy his or her shipping experience with us.
Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?
A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing your product. We never store any information about our customers private details!

Q: Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
A: The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. Q: Does (Your Website) provide a quality quarantee for all the products being sold?
A: Absolutely! If you do not like the product or find damages to the product, feel free to contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed! You can always get a free exchange of your product simply by shipping it back to us with image proof sent first.
Q: Why didn't My Order come together in One Package?
A: We ship your orders from various international warehouses (US, Canada, China and Singapore). Our inventory is distributed over multiple fulfilment centers around the world in order for you to receive the order faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. So don't panic if you do not receive all of your items at once as the others are on the way. If you do not receive all your purchases within 6 weeks, please contact us to look into your shipment.
